3.4 Staff & Associates

Employees, contractors, directors, and close family members of the Operator or its technology and payment partners are not eligible to register or maintain a Member Account.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and may lead to account closure. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share login details with any third party. 6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per single bet is MYR 300 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the relevant promotion. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet rule while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being voided along with any associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By Pelita88

Pelita88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) the Member's continued use poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or the Operator's compliance obligations; or (d) account activity is inconsistent with the Member's stated profile.

12.2 By the Member

Members may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request through the Platform's official support channel. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all applicable wagering requirements satisfied. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to a verified payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and prohibited conduct clauses — shall continue to apply.
